CIS 75 Bd PSEUDO#

The ACF of this FSK-system used by units of the CIS military (possibly Russian Navy) does not
show any  characteristic ACF. There is however a way to identify this system by decoding the
raw bitsream with an analysis module like the character analysis duplex incorporated in the Hoka
decoders using the following settings (ITA-2/ 6-BIT / BIT INTERLEAVED). Among the encrypted
bitstream you will notice the revealing string "VMGTCNREX", that is probably being used for
synchronization purposes. Normally a shift of 250 Hz is being used, however a shift of 500 Hz has
been noted as well on rare occasions.
